Engineering solutions that power industry — and the communities around it. Our commitment to Africa goes beyond the project site.

Through GreenEmpower Africa NPC, VELL Nova's non-profit sister organisation, we deliver comprehensive renewable energy training programmes designed to bridge the gap between clean energy access and meaningful employment — with a particular focus on youth and women from historically disadvantaged communities.   

Our programs are delivered in partnership with accredited training institutions and target three critical challenges facing South Africa's energy and skills landscape.      

Energy Access Gap
Bringing practical renewable energy knowledge and community electrification to under served rural communities across South Africa.


Gender Imbalance
68% of our training participants are women — systematically building female representation in a traditionally male-dominated engineering sector.


Skills-to-Income Gap
A 92% employment success rate within 6 months demonstrates that our training converts directly into sustainable livelihoods.
